Key dates
• Festival dates: Friday 26 February – Sunday 28 February 2027
• Bump in: Thursday 25 February 2027
• Bump Out: At the conclusion of the Festival or early Monday 1 March 2027
• Applications close: 31 October 2026. Applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.
Stall sites sizes and info
A stall site is 3m×3m or multiples of this size.
Sites are identified by your name.
Stallholders must provide all necessary display stands and equipment.
Cost of Stalls
All prices ex GST, GST is added to all invoices
Market Stall sites (multiples of 3m×3m):
• 1 site — $250
• 2 sites — $350
• 3 sites — $450
• 4 sites — $520 (6mx6m or 12mx3m)
Food & Beverage sites:
• 1 site — $400
• 2 sites — $500
• 3 sites — $600
Power:
$60 per outlet for the event period. Please advise how many power outlets you need.
Operating requirements
• Stalls must be set up and ready to operate before 12pm on Friday 26 February 2027.
• Stallholders are required to operate for all hours of the event.
• Food must be available until the Festival Bar ceases operation at 12pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
Application
Please keep a copy of your application for your records.
What ticketing arrangements apply?
All Stallholders and Staff must be wristbanded on arrival at the Festival site.
Do I have to pay for camping?
Camping is free for stallholders and a reasonable number of staff, agreed with the Stallholder Coordinator.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Insurance
Insurance for loss, damage, product and public liability is the responsibility of the stallholder. A copy of your $20m public liability certificate of currency must accompany your EOI.

Loss and damage
The Yuin Folk Club Inc will not be liable for any loss of profit or custom incurred by stallholders.
I want to run a food stall. What do I need to do?
Food stall holders must read and abide by ‘Guidelines for Food Businesses at Temporary Events’, available at the NSW Food Authority website.
You must supply the following with your EOI:
• Your Food Business Notification Number from your local council
• Food Safe Handling Certificate for the designated on-site person
What about power?
Power is available on site at a cost of $60 per outlet for the event period. Price is ex GST, GST is added to all invoices. Please advise how many power outlets you need.
Can I sell alcohol?
No. The Festival is a licensed venue with its own bar. The Festival Bar is an important source of revenue for the event.
Are there special Waste Management requirements?
Yes. The Festival aims to be a Five-Star Waste Wise event and operates a Zero Landfill practice. All items are to be washable, compostable or recyclable. No styrofoam products please. The festival also observes a NO GLASS policy. Failure to comply may impact your participation in future festivals.
Please note changes to Bega Valley Shire Council FOGO regulations: some high-temp compostable items which were previously allowed into the FOGO stream will no longer be accepted.
Code of Conduct
The festival has a Code of Conduct which all volunteers, service providers and others who come onto our site are expected to observe. This is a mandatory requirement for volunteers and we hope that stallholders will help us maintain the reputation of our event as a friendly, safe and respectful place for all. Failure to comply may impact your participation in future festivals.
Smoking
The Festival is a no-smoking zone as required by the NSW Government. A designated smoking area is provided. Please help us do the right thing.
