Fiona Ross and Davy Stuart share a deep connection to the Scottish traditional repertoire, bringing song and accompaniment together with the depth and understanding that comes from a lifetime immersed in the tradition. Originally from Glasgow and now based in Australia, Fiona is known for her earthy, honest singing style and direct, unadorned delivery that cuts straight to the heart of the song. Davy is from Edinburgh and now lives in New Zealand. A multi-instrumentalist (guitar, bouzouki, fiddle) and instrument maker, he draws on a wealth of experience in traditional music, offering a rich and sensitive accompaniment.
