Triantán is Gaelic for “Triangle”, – three fine and powerful singers – Cobargo local, Judy Pinder, Miguel Heatwole & Anthony Woolcott sing songs that will raise the hairs on the back of your neck. Triantán grew out of the -singing sessions of Sydney, and have played festivals since 1994, showcasing a broad range of traditional and modern material, in both English and Gaelic. They’ve supported touring acts such as Dick Gaughan and The Battlefield Band, appeared at festivals too numerous to mention and produced two CDs. To celebrate their 30th anniversary, they are emerging from retirement to give a special one-off reunion performance.
