Making a first festival appearance in many years, Den Hanrahan and his rag-tag band of musical outlaws bring songs of the road, of heartbreak, of love and bad behaviour. Joining Den are multi-instrumentalist Dave O’Neill, in-demand bass player Matt Nightingale, our very own festival director Zena Armstrong on bodhran and a bloke with a piano accordion.
We promise to keep communications minimal and meaningful as we build our festival family.
The Yuin Folk Club acknowledges the Djiringanj people of the Yuin Nation who are the traditional custodians of the land on which the festival is held. We acknowledge the living culture of the Yuin people and their unique role in the life of the region.
Permission to use the name “Yuin” for our club was received through the support of Yuin Elder, Aunty Eileen Morgan (dec), when the Club was established.
